The opportunity to participate with SIL Global Limited is not a public offer and not for circulation. It is being made available to select participants deemed to be sophisticated investors. All aspects of risk/rewards are to be undertaken by the participant, and the decision to participate is for their sole discretion.

SIL Global Limited and its group of companies have been established to facilitate the effective project management of large scale commercial and humanitarian projects for its trustees and partners. Our group is defined by our integrity, transparency, compliance, and knowledge of the banking system. Through our collective experience, we ensure projects are completed in an efficient, transparent, and accountable manner which adheres to the rules and regulations of the global banking system.

One example of the work that we have concluded is related to the sector of affordable housing. Through our development partner and sister company Cellate, www.cellate.com.au we have a pre-cast concrete build technology that has the technical ability to build affordable, quality homes that will withstand extreme conditions such as hurricanes and earthquakes and do this in a very quick and easy way using fibre steel pre-cast concrete. Over the last 30 years, Cellate has successfully delivered tens of thousands of affordable housing units in countries like Iraq, Dubai, Sri-Lanka, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Australia. Including delivery of large-scale commercial sites such as the World Trade Centre in Colombo and the 67 storey MLC Centre in Sydney.

We are very much project managers between Government, Banks and Investors and are approved at the highest levels. We ensure that projects are completed for the greater good and offer our government partners through a Private-Public-Partnership this service with the strictest of compliance, transparency, and accountability.

SIL Global Limited, a Hong Kong public company is in the business of buying gold bullion, managing the deposits and as opportunities arise the gold is used as collateral to leverage to generate new money for project development.

SIL Global is offering select investors to participate in the purchase of gold bullion as an investment.

As opportunities arise the investor will be offered the opportunity to participate in project developments to have their gold deposit used as collateral to generate new money to be applied to project development. Participation is at the investor’s discretion. A full detailed proposal will be submitted to the investor for their participation assessment. Investors will participate with a number of other gold bullion account holders including SIL Global Limited.

The offer to buy gold bullion is for a minimum of USD Equivalent one million dollars. The bullion account is multicurrency so the investor can nominate what currency they wish to hold their investment in. eg Chinese Yuan, Euro, Hong Kong Dollars, Australian Dollars and USD.

The investment term is for one year initially. At the maturity date, the investor can sell the gold bullion or rollover with SIL Global Limited for another year.

The investor receives in the first year 3% return on the gold bullion deposit. This is paid within 30 days of opening the gold bullion account. Returns for participation in other opportunities by using the gold bullion as collateral are advised as each opportunity is submitted for investors to participate. However, returns in excess of 40+ per cent are anticipated.

SIL Global Limited charges no annual fees to manage the gold bullion investment.

SIL Global Limited does not hedge the gold bullion price.

The price of the gold bullion purchase is the London spot price on the morning of receipt of the cleared funds into the SIL Global Limited, investors bullion account.

SIL Global Limited bullion accounts are held in the China Construction Bank, Hong Kong, London, and the UAE.
